Message: NOT is not building a mine...but the longest trough....

a company has ever had to endure. It's like it's got a rotating door on it.

"The Company also advises that the Board has granted 500,000 performance based options to certain consultants of the Company, exercisable for a period of three years at a price of $0.30 per share and has granted 300,000 incentive options to a director of the Company, exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.30 per share. The options have been granted pursuant to Noront's stock option plan and are subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals."

Who do they mean by "certain" consultants......Joe Hamilton? Seems to me NOT's (our) stock option plan is a geyser spraying out never ending share potential to say nothing of the dilution. Now did they say anything about what the new boys were going to get for incentives? Is that the 300K to "a director"? Was this news supposed to slip by on a late Friday afternoon so they can issue another news about what the other guys are gonna get? I love their vague wording. Now they did mention "perforance based", just not what kind of performance they might be expecting. I don't think they've used that word performance before have they? They must have needed a dictionary to find it. Do I rant unfairly?

I'd like to know what they think a stock option plan means. And then there's Paul Parachuto...you know ....golden Parachuto.
