You're right primetime, any infrastructure announcement about the ROF will be positive, but at this point, unless i've missed something, we aren't actually sure what the announcement is about. We're all speculating, at the very least, that it has something to do with the ROF. But who knows. The day will come when infrastructure is announced and these plays will start their ascent, let's hope today is the start. Have a good one.
