Yep, writing is pretty much on the wall. Basically what I heard a while back, road will come first, rail later. Once etched in stone this is huge for the area, particularily Noront.

I have also heard about the cliffs takeover but didn't put much thought into it. Just a rumor at this point.

I really do think these infrastructure steps are good but potentially dangerous for anyone invested in NOT for "the long haul". If there was ever a time for a takeover attempt, that would be it. The powers that be may be inclined to let it happen for $1 to $2 IMHO. Lots of sniffing around from what i've heard, but again, just rumors. Good luck all.
