Agreed, but the financing would never be done at .30 cents for that many shares. I am a shareholder as well, and no one is happy with the blatent disconnect between real and current value.
All I can say is that we as retail hold such a small position in this company that our say is very little. If the instos hold 200 million (example only) at an average of $2 a share, does it really matter what we trade at? They aren't in it for trading, they're in it for selling............And holding that much of the company, guess who sets the selling price? They do. You can bet the farm it will be north of $2. This is just an example, I do not know what the average price of the bulk of the shares out is. But it is vital that any investor keeps this in mind.
If I were in much higher, I would be using the $400 million dollar financing (assuming this will happen) as a base line. I'm not saying we would get sold down the river for a measely $400 million, but if it were the case, are you prepared for it? I am, my average is below $0.30 cents. Remember, we have little control if in fact an offer does come in, our votes won't amount to much. But personally I take much comfort in the fact that they are calling it a financing. If that is true, no one spends $400 million to get back less........keep the faith my friend.
