New to this site, but long time follower of NOT and the entire ROF story. aside from Wes's deparature and a need for strong managment. i believe the entire ROF story relzies on everyone finally deciding the infrastruce question. Rail or Road? either way it will be a big and expensive task, that i believe nobody can establish alone?

If Cliff, NOT, KWG etc ..could come togehter and do this, woudl it not be a net benefit for all?

Also, as an aside i was on http://miningsearch.ca and did a fliter serach for all chromium exploration plays in Ontario and it showed 8 results? now with all these companies in the same "preverbial boat" cant anyhow some how find a way to work together to develop the infrastrucure?
