Be very carefull about WHO you sell shares to when financing your company.

crazytrade.......You hit the nail on the head.The problem? When resource

company needs to raise funds for ongoing exploration it is not in position

to dictate terms of financing.Beggars can't be choosers.It is very rare occasion

when resource cos have upper hand.Most of time you get what you can.
