I agree about Wes being a front man.
Initially I was in support of him to give him a fair break. Later we blamed him but most of it was misdirected, it should have been mostly at the board. (Puppet masters pull the strings.)
BofD concerns are still with us.

After infrastructure (partly government lethargy) and natives our board is next in line as problems go.
