His departure seems a little strange. I've concocted a few scenarios in my head and this latest one is a financial maelstrom of a boon.

ANL.........If Wes departed in order to have a free hand to benefit from his knowledge as

a former insider then the OSC would IMHO consider him still an insider.I am running into
