I'll equally be hitting my head against the wall if the road that is mentioned ends up being North/South vs East/West. Rail has to be reserved for North/South. The road needs to be East/West and used by FNs, for transmission and for RoF access

I agree ANL , its so obvious to us. The E/W route takes every need into consideration. But what do i know.
