And I agree completely. This is a huge hint of things to come. I have heard the road will in fact be east/west but who knows. I think many institutions and majors are simply waiting for the infrastructure announcements before jumping in heavy. It would surprise me greatly if we don't see constant upward movement in the share price towards these timelines. If the budget is what is being alluded to, get ready for a fun spring folks.
