So in my opinnion the share price will only move up with eough volume to offset the balance of shares left over from holding the share price static for RCF. For me right now it is time to nip away at accumulation along with RCF because when we get the infrustructure news things will start to move forward and will bring change. As for the money i think the the FS from MICRON stated that Noront will need 18,000,000 this year to prepare the company for Mine construction. AIJMHO
