Marlboro, I think this forces Baosteel to acton their options on June 2nd. Or is it May 2nd. Whatever it is, RCF has just laid it on the table and Baosteel will need to respond IMO.

This was a great move by Noront and now they have plenty. And after June, they'll have plenty more IMO.
