Paul Semple is verified as a man of his word: this action is the LEAST dilutive of many funding option sources that could have been utilized.

The interest/share payment due dates are also supportive of all the forthcoming milestone dates in the published FS mine build plan; and could give great confidence to governments considering infastructure funding participation as well as the best least cost (EW) FN supported transportation route for a go-it-alone mine build implimentation. Chromite comes later with the railroad.
