Yes it does. From the bottom of the advanced exploration ramp. Cheapest way to make millions of tonnes more ore as reserves, extend the life of mine and satisfy the lenders. After the permits are granted, of course, and all equipment fuel, etc can be supplyed from the east/west winter ice road/all-season road from Pickel/Webequie. The rail only affects us if someone else puts it in for us to use or Baosteel wants to mine millions of tonnes of chromite.(I am pretty sure they only want enough for themselves) Noront should not wait for Cliffs/KWG unless they can move it along quickly or KWG/BOLD can join in with NOT to make a mine without Cliffs..
