From my synopsis Noront has it all covered, but could some requirements like infrastructure be needed to satisfy the requirement to "execute business plan" as stated in the chart.

Another small clue pointing towards a listing could be the recent posting on the Noront Website of the Whistleblowing Policy on Jan 22. It's strange to have something like that go up at this time.

It would be nice to be one the big board. The Venture has been a bad place to be these last 24 months.
