there wont be any infastructure announcements until after the commisioners decision on easement thats for sure and incidentially that could be comming any day now. rumour has it that cliffs is not getting there way and leaks or whatever may also be influencing the fall in cliffs share price. this may bring cliffs to the table soon .....ken
