Will we see NOT diluted big time, so that control by those acquiring the soon to be issued shares will be ensured, with NOT being positioned to be taken for pennies? It's not like it's hard work getting the sp down with this economy. NOT is not producing, has no permits, no infra-structure, no leadership, no observable progress or positive press to speak of, has been flying under the radar too long, yada yada.

Make no mistake about it....NOT is a gem.....but who would know? That makes NOT vulnerable. What ever happened to NOT's PR machine? It was dummied, followed by ..... a vacuum.

I've stated this before: NOT is incredibly valuable, I believe they know much more than they have told, I believe it is being manipulated, I believe it is being "prepared", I believe anyone in the biz has kept track of it and knows it's theoretical potential at the least. I believe it will be a massive supplier of an array of commodities...... . Imagine what the profit multiplier would be with NOT sold for .25 a share after it hits .18. Is it impossible? I don't know.

I believe we live in unfortunate times as investors, simply because we are at the point of the perfect storm where all that has been set up for the players to be played out has been activate. Fear is everywhere, governing bodies are nowhere....the big guy gets bumped while the little guy gets thumped. It's nothing really new is it? Middle class rose too high so the gov't is doing it's best to put them back where they belong, particularly since they screwed up handling all of the money that the people gave them.
