If memory serves me correctly:

Was not the announced objective of completing NOT's Cr 43-101 ( to a total of 21m tons (of THE highest quality Cr/lowest power requirement) due to fulfilling the specific BAO investment reason (the Cr) for investing in Noront in the first place?

All that would be needed would be the power (accros the river??) and a winter/all season road.

If this is NOTs intention, I would keep it under the radar (from CLF) too.
