Worked realy well in the United States. The FNs joined Canada. They are not an indipendant nation. Maybe some places in BC they have not joined but the Treaty was for them to be Canadian and become a part of this country that they fought for against the U.S. or they would of been assimilated then. Canada is because of that joining of Nations and finalized with the Treaty
