Seeing Maudore shed almost one half of it's value of $2.29 since Dec5/2012

Agreement in Principle to purchase Noront's 25% interest in Eagle Hill property,

maybe that deal as well as it's offer to merge with EAG are DOA?

Anyone with a different take on this subject.
