And it is also inaccurate, Sum. The new guy,whoever he is will be offered a whole pile of options, not shares

A pox upon me....if there already isn't. Yes I did mean to say options and yes you have expressed this point a number of times before to add to the greater benefit of this board. Though his options may expire I'm sure he won't be walking away without his shirt in his case. What was his salary?
