Well when it takes you 8 months to find just the right CEO that's a chunk of additional time. :) It's also time to give Parisotto more shares as reward for steering the ship while spending another 8 months finding the new guy who will then be offered a whole pile of shares and then until 2017 others will be dipping their hands in and we'll be up to 300mil before you know it.
