When Mr Nemis agress to spend 1 500 000 $ + 8 000 000 and pay 7 500 000 $ in shares + 7 500 000 $ in cash + a 4% GMR to get the whole 100%, I don't think he is fabulating. I think he is only placing its bet, and I think he thinks this is pocket change... The sleeping Elephant may be awakened sooner that we beleive... Just in Noront's backyard, by the way! GLTA.
