-Only the exclusive RCF financing option expired on Jan 10th.

-RCF, BAO, or anybody/combination could still do the financing after Jan 10th.

-All timelines are meaningless until reslution of the ONT financial disaster status; leadership resolution (Libs + ON election to follow); and FN/C45 fed legisation resolution/outcomes.

-BAO has the June 2/13 options (apprx $10M- i expect an announcement on this soon, with much fanfare); to $$ financially carry NOT's RB Milestone and IR lobbying activities through to July/2013.

-It seems to me that the length of the Milestone/IR contracts (to end of june) gives some indication of the timeline expectations of NOT management/BoD. (my speculation). This timeline speculation on my part continues to support the annouced 2016 ( FS-NR) mining start target.
