FNs have one major problem with the fact they profess as that they need to be consulted when something affects their lands. They want now to change the fact that they gave up the land for services from Canada and are trying to claim ownership because they feel as if Canada does not give them enough services. This is due to the facts that a lot of mismanagement of funds has happened. The Government is attempting to show that they are trying to consult and to accomadate the FNs and that that duty has been fulfilled. If he FNs can't consult and accomadate in return, then the Government can do whatever they want from that point on. Government will satisfy the UN declaration and then enforce the laws of the Treatys as written.
