Revisited " From_Sudbury's " fine post of Dec8/12 and still wandering, how did

Eagle Hill get from having 3 years to obtain BFS or start production to one year?

Very odd indeed or a Lawyer Speak/Talk.Where is Crazy Dick when we need him?

What is even more puzzling is why would EAG undermine their own interest by

fast forwarding 75% earn-in from Dec31/2012 to April20/2012.I have great trouble

wrapping my head around that one. UNLESS........There is something much bigger

going on,which is NOT readily apparent to this Forum,And not to me for sure.
