What happened there....can anyone explain how we got to one year from April 20, 2012?

From_Sudbury......Thank you for posting this.You have a valid question for sure.

I found and read NR from EAG that you refer to, on SEDAR also found NR titled MD&A

saying same thing.What is interesting i couldn't find either one on SEDAR/Noront site.

Prior to that,at AGM held on june8/2012 Mr R. Nemis ceased to be a Director of EAG.

Possible conflict of interet?? If EAG has less than 5 months to produce BFS or start

production,then the 25% sale by NOT and merger of MAO and EAG are foregone

conclusion. Maybe a done deal. For a disclosure i never owned Eagle Hill but do like it.

We probably will not wait long to find out what goes on.
