I'm not the brightest bulb on the Christmas Tree, or don't have the kind of mind that can figure all this out easily. What about NOT.......they have as yet not uttered. They can though and more than likely have figured out what you on here are talking about. Perhaps 25 million + is better than 6 million and bigger headaches. OUCH.
