They are talking about the SP that the people who buy the shares for under$2 and then unload them to all the unsuspecting new retail who have been promoted to death by those same individuals. That price will be as high as they can push the hype, and boy there will be plenty of that when the infrastructure gets started, maybe even 1000% above true value instead of 1000% below. They want us to sell them the shares that they can't get for as little as possible with negative pressure.
