When looking at that chart, we are somewhere near the very bottom after the first run up. Now when thinking of this chart and adding the Native and infrastructure challenges and an extra kick to the groin secondary to tax loss selling, you can understand where we are. I think we need to focus on where we are going instead. Looking on that chart, we may continue to meander downwards a little more BUT most of the movement going forward will be up.
