Millions of dollars in PP financing at this price is not needed. The project is moving ahead without expensive(at this time) physical work. Meetings and EA must continue to be ready for earlier opening but just enough money to keep the office open is all that is needed while the rest of the stakeholders come up with their plans. Sit back and do nothing but EA and permits, spend as little cash as possible, ask for as little cash as possible and wait for infrastructure to catch up. 20 are planning to make a difference.
