One small discrepancy noted regarding BAO's exersizing it's 24 month option for

additional shares( approx 11mill @ $ 1.46 by june/2 2013.

Looking at june/2/2011 NR i read exersize price to be $1.16.Is that what necessiated

placing a question mark after $ 1.46?.
