Sorry to see you leave Jacki,...like you I have been with NOT along time (my first buy was 28 cents and 34 cents) I see we hit a new 5year low today!

I got in when this company was headed by Nemis and Harvey since then I cannot fathom where this company is going

We went from an exploratory company High of over $7.00 to where we are now a supposedly mining company of 34cents

We were into GOLD and Nickel under the original group now we are into Chromite and Nickel as a secondary mineral.

We've seen an over throw of the old guard to what we have now as a BOD

We have witnessed a hostile take over bid of Freewest (failure)

We have seen dilution of shares at least three times that gave no added value to the stockholder.

This new BOD keeps increasing their stipends but still does not think of buying into the stock Nemis & harvey did and it seems that the BODof KWG are also now investing in their stock, which shows confidence in that company.

We increase the numbers of BOD members and hired a person for public notices. I question the expertise of the new member of the BOD but as we all know he worked for the Maple Leaf conglomerate (Free season tickets for the BOD????) and God help us if he runs this company like the Toronto Make Beleaves, and I have yet to see any public notices coming from the office set up for that purpose.

We have been made aware of increases to the salaries of the BOD with no input from the shareholders, in fact we voted down the wanton increase 2 AGMs ago;on a nation-wide vote and then in their arrogance voted in a salary scheme Not of a decrease but for the status quo by a show of hand.

I still have a few shares in this company, so it gives me the onus to rant once in a while, but I have divested a majority of my shares and am now persuing other ROF penny companies such as. Bold, KWG, and Debut.
