I disagree.

If they want in they would make overtures to Wes but not buy. If anything they would make 'good' offers to Wes but short our shares i.e. they would be selling knowing full well that the shares they get through the offering would cost them less than our current sp.

Through shorting they would lower the sp further and obtain more shares per buck in the offer. A double bang.

Hey, they could have been doing that all along and now have switched because enough is enough.
