I can see there being a road to start out.
But with a road there will very quickly be - a year, or two, at most - more HEAVY, as in VERY WEIGHTY, traffic competing to move How Much Product along it during those times both adequate visibility and solid footing prevail.
The road will be capable of handling all that WEIGHT, with requisite near constant maintenance requirements - tricky business to easily do when so much weight is constantly passing by at as high a speed as the road design permits - in the seasons such maintence is actually realistically doable.
Can I guess that unless it is as wide, or wider, as compared to the DVP or 404 as easy to visualize examples, the road will always be a One Way situation.
Health & Safety would have to come first in it's use!
Thus, Convoys. I figure.
How many hours for a Return Run?
How many in each Convoy?
What is a safe Breaking Distance? For what driving speeds? In various atmospheric conditions? Under various road conditions?
How long to allot for Loading? Unloading? Bathroom Break Time! At each end.
What about non-Payload traffic? Special Hours? Casino type adventures? Health & Safety? Insurance(s)? Love of Life!
Good thing local residents will know what to expect.
Never ever wanting to take their new Cady-Quads and Snow-Jets onto the long wide smooth flat solid based hazard free clearing passing through former 'No Where' when visiting the new neighbors in the previously too far and even more difficult to visit next neighborhood.

How many "Toll Charging" years is expected in attempting to do "Cost Recovery"? Before the Rail Road puts that prospect into serious question! Cost efficiently simplifying much, though not all, of the other interesting, new to the area, realities and operational challenges.
Good to see 2016/7 becoming the new Commercial Operation(s) "Target Date(s)". With 15/16 very able to be for achieving "Training and Certification" requirements?
Either which way, realistic probable reality is something onlookers, big and tiny, can now begin to make measured measurement against.
Business speculation(s) to finally be more prospective in the approaching few years!
The years of Wrangling and Planning look to be settling out now? Almost!
