- FNC: Mr. Granger, the former chairman of FNC proposed a new slate of directors to replace the current board. If the new slate won the fight then I can see FNC would prune the holdings to concentrate on some key Fe and Ti holdings in Quebec. That would leave FNC RoF claims, next to Eagle on the discussion table for potential suitors. Too good an opportunity for NOT (and/or CLF) to pass.

- PRB: Similarly, the market does not give too much value for the chunk of chromite in BC. This may be quite valuable to some people, e.g. CLF since BC is just next door to BD and both are on high grounds and have excellent grades (suitable for DSO). Note: CLF would need PRB land for their transportation routes.
