The proxy battle at Fancamp very well might have an effect on both Noront and Cliffs as it is situated between the both of them.

It all depends on what the proxy battle is about...company direction?,....personnel? ...management ...who knows... Maybe they are following Noront's lead and blindsiding a member of the BOD.
