Correct me if I have read this announcement wrong, The way I read it is that this hydro

is to run between Thunder bay to Wawa only and is basically to upgrade the existing lines already there (North-western Ontario)

There is no mention of hydro being extended to the ROF,which is in North-eastern area of Ontario.
