Youare absolutely right the increase WAS turned down by the ballotted vote and then they asked for the previous years stipends with a show of hands!!!!

If there are any lawyers out there could you answer this question; can a subject that was dismissed by a company wide vote referendum be altered by a show of hands to have a favorable outcome by the nominator ???

If this is the case all one would have to do would be "pack" the meeting with his cohorts to get the results one wanted in the begining.

Is this lawful?
