Well there is NOT doing today what it seems to have done numerous times and that is to, at the least, hold it's own while everything else is taking a hit, or conversely, go down when the rest of the market is going up. NOT is a strange one. It doesn't like to be known or predictable....and neither do it's keepers. Hmmmm.
