Question: why would Noront want to dilute its float for a minority share of a chromite deposit, which the majority holder expect to potentially mine in the next Century? Surface rights on RR claims worth about the cost incurred, not much more, and I don't think that the RR will come before road as per the official announcements... I still believe that KWG's Fate belongs to Cliffs' Will... Sad as it is.
