Sorry, I was too invested in Tennis and Football this weekend and don't have a good handle on the details but, from what I heard, it seems to frost the cake perfectly. I can already taste it and can't wait for my piece to be put on my plate. Imo, announcements will be coming sooner than we expect as both Noront and Cliffs remain committed to their 2015/16 timelines and our fed/prov governments want to be seen as partnering, not as obstacles.
