These will be needed first and soon..This winter a ice road needs to be put in for most of the way to the ring of fire. The material for the bridges and eqipment needs to be hauled to location so work can be done when it gets warmer again so cement can be poured..Also road construction eqipment needs to be placed past the bridges in winter so roads can be made,Railroad ?? also.The bridges and the in beteen sections all need to be worked on at the same time. Mostly in the summer time.Each section will need a camp to house the workers This is a massive and complicated process.......It all starts with AGEEMENTS and PERMITS. Some companys think they will be hauling by 2016.I think time is geting very SHORT !!
