There are too many shareholders with high costs to settle for anything less than $2.

Very true JDR, however, if someone offered $2.00 for Noront we would be over

five times better off then we were at yesterday's close of $0.37.

Best of all each shareholder would then have choice: HOLD-OUT or BAIL-OUT.
