Thanks T.R. for making the call. That "should" qualifier is one to watch though I don't expect any problems. One must bear in mind that, though it's important to see this document publicized, it's still just one side of the equation and we'll need to see something on both sides before anything happens to the sp.....unless that is the point in time where all parties converge with their newsies....but I don't suspect so. We wait to see.
