Doing quick math on the Northern Training Partnership Fund shows us that each of the 2400 aboriginal trainees are costing the taxpayer $20,000 for what seems like a one year training program. This seems a little steep in my humble opinion and this is supposedly a "partnership" fund which implies to me that there is also other funding from somewhere that is being applied. This in turn makes one think that this is an extremely expensive education. Who is raping the Canadian taxpayer this time? Maybe you can dig a little deeper and find out the total cost, who is doing the training and at what cost and then we can decide whether this is money well spent. JMHO on a Friday morning the deputy
