So between "them" holding their jack booted heel on our throats holding down share price,really partly because they have to,and they have to figure out how much the other main business "problem" they have will eventually cost them,i`d be shocked to see any price spike any time soon.

PRB made that "mistake" several months ago.I came home to a very pleasant surprise.My PC had been set to an unrealistic "sell".And the "bid" hit it for a second or two.I have no idea how or why.Just long enough.Of course,unfortunately,every other ROF junior saw the bailout volume that day.

They can`t let up right now or everyone that is fed up with the mess would run for the hills if they could come CLOSE to breaking even.There`ll be many more opportunities to buy NOT at.40 before the pipe dream happens.

The original pipe dream start up time of 2015/2016 is a LONG way off,IF it even happens by then and we haven`t been eaten alive.
