As I understand the NA - FN Gov. treaty as it has been published on the net, It is very basic and simplistic regarding the land.

In broad terms, They have exclusive living, hunting, and fishing rights, and are to rule themeslves.

However, the gov retains complete ownership of the land, which may be used in the future as it sees fit.

In the event that the gov removes some of the land for other usage in the future, it is to supply an equal amount of similar land for the NA - FN for their exclusive use, NO?
