Seems reasonable to ne that Cliff's current problems are adversely effecting Noront and the other ROF companies significantly. Too bad because Cliffs operational issuues don't seem to be effecting their resolve in the ROF, per recent company quotes posted here earlier. They desperately need this diversification away from coal and their current sp falls make that painfully obvious. Noront's n/s feasability has got to be just about ready and I am sure Cliffs is just as anxious as I am for its release.
