3. May I take this opportunity to state another one of my fruitless opinions:
Stock options should not be as an incentive but a bonus for work already well done.

They should be directly related to SP appreciation and OS. Paid out in instalments every 3 month after 10% SP increase gives 10% of total OS divided by the % of OS increase or some sort of calculated formula that penelizes for OS increase and rewards for SP increase. Could even add a little of the NPV into the equation. No SP or NPV increase, NO OPTIONS. That would be incentive to SHs
